Treatment & Results
How long is the helmet treatment time?
Each treatment lasts approximately 12 minutes.
When the session is complete, the device automatically shuts off.
How often should I use the device?
The recommended schedule is 3 treatments per week.
Consistency is important, so we recommend making NeoSpark part of your regular weekly routine.
Can I treat my entire scalp?
Yes. NeoSpark offers a Full Scalp treatment option through the app. You can also select specific treatment areas depending on your needs.
NeoSpark provides four treatment zones:
- Forehead
- Crown
- Back of Head
- Full Scalp
This allows you to choose the treatment area directly from the app.
When will I start seeing results?
Results vary person to person. With out technology you will be able to see results in as little as a week and with consistent long term usage you will achieve greater results. Be patient- & stay consistent!
Can I use NeoSpark with other hair-growth products?
NeoSpark can be incorporated into a broader hair-care routine. If you're using medications or other medical hair-loss treatments, speak with your healthcare professional about combining treatments.

Is NeoSpark app controlled?
Yes. NeoSpark supports iOS and Android app control, allowing you to manage treatments and select different scalp treatment zones. The app supports treatment management, usage-time records, treatment-zone selection, and pulse mode. ou can select between Forehead, Crown, Back of Head, or Full Scalp.
Does the app track my treatments?
Yes. The app supports usage-time records, allowing you to keep track of your treatment usage.
Can I use NeoSpark without the app?
Yes. The device supports physical button control in addition to Bluetooth app control.
Safety
Is NeoSpark safe to use?
NeoSpark includes built-in safety features such as wear detection, automatic session shutoff, and overheat protection. Always use the device according to its instructions and consult a healthcare professional if you have questions about whether laser therapy is appropriate for you.
What happens if I remove the helmet?
The laser output automatically deactivates when the helmet is removed or treatment is paused. Additionally shuts off automatically after your 12-minute session is complete.
Does NeoSpark have overheat protection?
Yes. The helmet includes temperature monitoring and overheat protection. If the temperature rises too high, the device can automatically shut down and provide an audible alert.
